https://wordpress.org/plugins/squirrly-seo/faq/

The Lowdown:

So what is Squirrly aside from how my kids seem to act when ever I have to get something done..

Well it is a 3rd party service that connects to your WordPress website and helps you do your SEO as your write. It helps you find images, relevant tweets, WordPress.com article quotes, comments and inspirational quotes to add to your post. It has some analytics, while this looks pretty good and on the small scale will be great it is a freemium service if you want to do more than 3 posts a month 5 keyword searches. This looks pretty great but is a new cost.

This is Bill, the person asking about forms.

While I haven’t built anything quite like that yet, it doesn’t sound too hard with Ninja Forms. They have a couple of paid add-ons which allow for saving of progress and multi-part forms. And, making a checkoff type progress aspect or multiple-choice shouldn’t be too hard either.

Maybe I’m misunderstanding what is needed, but it actually doesn’t sound that hard.
