This one is allot like the one above from the same guys and offers up some serious customizations. You can apply custom css, javascript, php and tracking codes with ease. You can apply the custom logic to apply it to things like time of day and more there are mumerous ways to implement this.

The Lowdown:
this plugin is a great way to create those fancy pricing tables you see on so many websites. It has a great drag and drop interface and make creating the tables pretty easy.
