Settings and configurations
The following are configuration options you can modify as you see fit:
- Add player to all posts: Select this option to activate the audio player on all posts and converting all of your existing content to audio.
- Player position: The position of the audio player on your page. We recommend placing the player before the main article text.
- Gender: the default gender voice for each post.
- Source language: The language of your content.
- Display “Powered by Trinity Audio”: choose if you want to display credit next to the player. We’d very much appreciate it if you choose to give us credit (it’s free remember?).
- Player label: Specifies optional text you’d like to be shown above the audio player (HTML tags are supported with this label).
- New post default: Specifies whether the player is automatically enabled for all new posts. Choose this option if you want Trinity Audio to add an audio player for each new post.

What I have to say:
It seems if you add it to an active site with lots of post it take a while for it to sync up before it works.

Remove noreferrer from post’s links on the frontend

The Lowdown:
While this is a plugin I reviewed back in Episode 404 the author sent me an email about an update so I thought i would bring it back and let you know about the update.
The new version now supports the latest version of wordpress and he fixed a few bugs in it the rest of what I said still holds for it.
There is a great article on why this plugin exists here https://searchtraffic.com/rel-noreferrer-guide/ but on the whole it boils down to WordPress making some changes in its default settings for link creation. This is relevant if you are like me and use a lot of links that open in new windows.
What they have done is now it automatically adds rel=”noopener noreferrer” to the code. While the noopener is great for security the no refererrer impacts tracking of where a click comes from. The noreferrer removes all references to the site the click originated from for Google analytics does not pick up where it came from.

The Lowdown:
I gave this plugin a quick review shout out in Episode 416 the developer sent me an email a couple weeks later about having rolled the pro items into the core plugin and asked for a re-review of it.
I thought I would oblige and check it out a bit further and see how it goes.
On install I discovered that it need an additional plugin Titan Framework and an email verification to activate the plugin not bad things but extra steps. The list of items from the previous review still holds and yes you now have access to the cool features such as setting your email address and name to override the WordPress default. Placing shortcodes in widgets, SEO tweaks, adjust site memory and more.
It does look like it may need a boost in ranking
They still do offer some addons but they have no impact on the plugin core functionality. They are items to expand out what it can do.

ClassicPress Options
ClassicPress is a fast growing fork of WordPress that is starting to come into its own. ClassicPress is focused on Business Websites runs fast and is looking pretty good. There are a few plugins specifically for ClassicPress and all plugins for WordPress 4.9.9 work well on it. I do believe it has a future.
One thing I am looking forward to in the ClassicPress World is the expansion of the number of ClassicPress specific plugins and their own repository. Currently there are not a lot of ClassicPress specific plugins but I do know it is going to grow and I’ll have to expand this segment then. Who knows, it could take over the whole show.
